Most Respectfully Showeth

1. That, the informant Meghu yadav and accused

Rambaran yadav both are own brother.
2. That, there is a case & counter case , so both the
parties are in judicial custody.
3. That, in both the cases Rahui 274/20 & Rahui -
275/20 matter has been compermised.
4. That, due to flowing water there was some
scuffle between the parties and this case has
been lodged .
5. That, both the parties do not want to proceed
the case because good feeling have been restore.
6. That, both the parties are their respective
lawyer have put their signature & LTI and it
has been indentified by the respective lawyer.

It is therefore prayed that in the

light of compermise bail
application be considered.
