yadav of village- Rampur , P.S-
Rahui , Dist.- Nalanda

i. That, The Rambaran yadav informant gave a

written petition to S.H.O, Rahui on 13/08/20
then this case has been lodged against the
petitioner and others.
ii. That, on behalf of petition this regular bail
application is being filed for the first time.
iii. That, the alleged prosecution story is concocted
and motivated.
iv. That, the petitioner are quite innocent and they
have falsely been dragged in the case due to
save his skin from the counter case.
 v. That , all the sections are bailable except 3-7 IPC
moreover 307 is not attracted either against the
petitioner or in the case.
vi. That, it is admittedly that both the parties are
brothers and there is a case and counter case no.
Specific overtact has been alleged against the
petitioner.
vii. That, no specific weapons has been attributed in
the hand of the petitioner.
viii. That, the matter has been compermised and a
separate petition of compermised duely signed
by the parties are bearing filed with the bal
application.
ix. That, the petitioner is in custody since 13/08/20
and they are injured also.
x. That, the petitioners are ready to offer the
substantial surities to satisfaction of the court.

It is therefore prayed that petitioner

may be released on bail.
