INTRODUCTION TO COMPANY

The parent company of Spyne is Eventilla Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Which is quite famous as a
marriage organizing company and have extremely exciting social media handling images,
there main focus is on clicking the unforgettable memories of new couple or the best
memories of someone’s life, whereas Spyne.ai focuses on e commerce side and growing start
up by introducing or helping them by providing the best output as an image of their product
which start up can use as a banner shot, model shot, creative images or it can be rendering.

The best way to understand the Spyne profile is by an example, suppose someone wants to
introduce their business on online platform or to bring it on as an awareness for the localities
or in need of some kind of attention. The only way for them is to introduce themselves on
online shopping portals such as Myntra Amazons Nykaa Flipkart or may be their own
website as in Urbanic, Levi’s, Shein, Zara and there are numerous numbers of brands in an
market.
They can go for an Ecommerce photoshoot to create their website or to launch their
products on any famous shopping platform.

Spyne, an AI-driven tech platform that help business to showcase their work in a creative
manner on a huge online platform. Which help even the start-ups to grow their work on such
a huge platform that helps them to reach out the world.
Spyne is not only a photographic firm, in “SPYNE.AI” AI i.e., Artificial Intelligence has
different identity which highlight Spyne from other photographic firms. They deliver images
runned on an artificial intelligence, which removes the background of any image and the final
output is on a white background which reduces the work load of editors and what they left
with is only editing, focusing on image not on giving their time in cutting the background.
Which also helps on timely and fast deliveries of project.

The company has many


departments as an product management, photographers team , business development
associates, operations team, AI Team, editors and social Media handling team. These teams
or departments only focuses on client satisfaction.

The slogan which SPYNE.AI follows is “CUSTOMER IS A KING”, and ready to take any
step to fullfill the the customer requirements.
OBJECTIVES OF PROJECTS

THEORITICAL CONCEPTS

Theoretical Concept is an academic or functioning as a proposal to see things in a certain


way. It is a way of thinking about some related events. It can be a built-in-theories, which
cannot be reduced in describing a set of observations. In simple words theoretical concepts
can change, over time, based on the methods in the field that created it.

operations management revolves around four theories:

1. Business Management Strategies - BPR is a business management strategy that


focuses on analysing and designing workflow and business processes within a
company. The goal of BPR is to help companies dramatically restructure the
organization by designing the business process from the ground up.

2. reconfigurable manufacturing systems - are production systems designed to


incorporate accelerated change in structure, hardware, and software components. This
allows systems to adjust rapidly to the capacity to which they can continue production
and how efficiently they function in response to market or intrinsic system changes.

3. six sigma - is an approach that focuses on quality. The word "six" references the
control limits, which are placed at six standard deviations from the normal
distribution mean. Every six-sigma project within a company has a defined step
sequence and financial targets, such as increasing profits or reducing costs. Tools used
within the six-sigma process include trending charts, potential defect calculations, and
other ratios.
4. lean manufacturing - is a systematic method of eliminating waste within the
manufacturing process. The lean theory accounts for waste that is created through
overburdening or uneven workloads. This theory sees resource use for any reason
other than value creation for customers as wasteful and seeks to eliminate
wasteful resource expenditures as much as possible.

SELLING PROCESS

In the organization Spyne there are two types of sales goes on. They are-
1. shoot sales
2. AI sales

Shoot sales - shoot sales cover all the E-commerce business regarding the corporate
shoots such as shoot for Amazon, Myntra, Levi’s, Flip cart and other online portals.
It starts with a shoot request on Spyne page, business development team deals with an
client by knowing there requirements and raising the PI. From here END-TO-END
process start for operation team.

AI sales – AI sales is for recently launched SPYNE app which focuses mainly on
background of the product. In this a person can click an image from there phone and
just with a single click can change background of the image. Target population for
this is OLX, CAR DEKHO and many such brands. Second there is an app which is
for photographer who are running their business on a large scale and need one place
to store their data. The organization target photographers who are in need of their
own app and the company develops an app according to the customer requirement.

OPERATION TEAM WORK PROCESS

Operation Team works as a backend team and align everything till the customer get
satisfied by final output.

The data below is a government funded project to support SHG groups.


The below image shows the data maintained by business development team to keep an update
regarding the shoots coming in a month or year. It also keeps a record of the sales amount
and the profit margin. The lowest percentage of profit organization goes is at least 40%.
The sales team have to manipulate the client to give the amount at least for the quality they
will be getting, the strongest point that Spyne has is Artificial Intelligence and capability
to conduct shoot at any any location in all over India. This quality attracts many brands.

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED AND ACHIEVED DURING OJT?

My Job profile is as Business Operation. My role is concerned with all the backend activities,
I am working and gaining knowledge through Spyne COO Mr. Shahab Rizwan.

As comparing to my first day in organization now I am fully prepared with all the concepts of
operation. I have learned and achieved a lot in last almost 4 months.

1. Searching of an photographer and it can be in any location ( the most difficult location
I have found till now is Kalburgi, but due to the motivation I get in my office I was
able to find the one).
2. Onboarding and training process of photographers by crossing all the barriers like
language.
3. Coordinating with photographers at the time of shoot, many a times it happens that
the shoot is going on 5 -6 different locations and for coordination at all locations in
one time one need to be flexible or multi tasker.
4. There is a process for taking an image from photographer that is Spyne only accepts
sorted, foldered and a link for images.
5. After working continuously under my training head, now I can say that I can
handle operations alone one to one. As there were only, we two working as
operation team initially and later on one ore employee joined.
6. Handling end-to-end shoots.
7. Dealing with photographer for their billing.
8. Also working for government project NULM under key account manager.
9. Recently I am also trying for rendering. Which I am learning from our in-house
editor.
10. Arranged interview for 5-6 employees, and helped in on boarding of 3 three
employees.
