Following are the reasons for not purchasing the intended items mentioned in the bill
summary which contains bills incurred by Team DelTech BAJA from 04/01/2018 to
09/09/2019 are:

1. Most of the items were not available at the time of purchase.

2. Items which were available, had long delivery durations which did not meet the
event’s timeline and would have delayed the project process.

Due to time constraints, the team bought the items through other sources.
