Dear Parents,

The President’s Secretariat has shared details of Digiskills.pk, a collaborative project of the
Ministry of IT and Telecom along with the Virtual University of Pakistan. The program seeks to
equip existing and prospective freelancers with the knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques
necessary to avail the opportunities available locally and internationally.

The platform was initiated in March 2018 and so far 2.2 million trainings have been imparted to
11 batches.

There are a variety of courses being offered free of cost. The online trainings have already
commenced from February 2022.
