SPICY TOMATO SAUCE

Beef(optional) ground G 100
Oil Corn Ml 6

Garlic Minced Cloves 1


Hot pepper flakes G TT
Tomato Paste Ml 36
Plum Tomato Canned Pureed Ml 36
Basil Fresh Chopped sprig 1
Salt TT
Pepper White Ground TT

NOTES:

METHOD

1. Heat oil in skillet and cook ground beef, onions and garlic until fragrant and
browned.

2. Add peppers and pepper flakes, cook just to soften peppers.

3. Stir in tomato paste and puréed tomatoes with tomato liquid.

4. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat until sauce has thickened.

5. Season with basil, salt and pepper.
