AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

and state that:

1. I am a legitimate heir of my deceased parents,

2. Unfortunately, the said Original Certificate of Title (OCT)

using a purported Deed of Absolute Sale dated _____________;

3. My parents never mentioned that they’ve sold the subject

property to anyone and neither do I. Hence, the aforesaid Deed of
Absolute Sale was a forgery, a void document which shall never be
a source of any right. In fact, as of this date, me (through our care
takers) is in possession of the property and even built
improvements therein.

4. I hereby voluntarily execute this Affidavit of Adverse Claim

to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing.
