Sir,
Please refer to endorsement on your letter cited above ,wherein it was
alleged that some of the doctors of this hospital namely Dr A M Sinha, Specialist Gr
II ( Paed) , Dr Kundan Kumar ,specialist ( Surgery) , Dr Saurabh Chaudhary ,Part
time Specialist ( Ortho) are resorting to unethical practice and abusing their position
to deprive your hospital from getting opportunity to treat the patients referred from
this hospital.
In this regard we would like to make it clear that the main
objective of this hospital is to provide the best medical care to our ESI beneficiaries
( insured persons & their family members) and provide them best possible
treatment and services and their need & desires always at the top on the priority list
. Keeping the convenience and need of IPs in the mind State Medical Commissioner
has made several tie ups with hospitals across the state of Jharkhand .This hospital
takes utmost care to need & consent of IPs before making reference to tie up
hospital and the doctor entrusted with the work of referral have been advised
accordingly by Medical Superintendent
It is also pertinent to inform you that Dr Saurabh Chaudhary who has
joined this hospital as Part time specialist on contract w.e.f 21.03.2011 (Not even
completed 02 months) following selection in walk in interview has not been
authorized to make reference to the tie up hospital.
However we would be grateful if you could provide the material, fact
,evidence regarding unethical practice, abusing position, nepotism against any of
the doctors or employee posted at this hospital so that suitable action can be taken.
It is once again asserted and reiterated that the sole motto of this
hospital is to provide best medical services & care to the IPs and their family.
