Changes are made to several lines as detailed below:

1) Page 1, point 1. Purpose, paragraph 1, "firms/organizations" is replaced to

"individuals/firms/organizations".
2) Page 1, point 1. Purpose, paragraph 2, "firms/agencies" is replaced to
"individuals/firms/organizations".
3) Page 1, point 1. Purpose, paragraph 3, "firms/organizations" is replaced to
"individuals/firms/organizations".
4) Page 1, point 3. Lodgment of Submissions, paragraph 2, "organisations" is replaced to
"individuals/firms/organizations".
5) Page 1, point 3. Lodgment of Submissions, paragraph 4, "organisations" is replaced to
"individuals/firms/organizations" and "organisations" is replaced to
"individuals/firms/organizations".
6) Page 2, point 4. EOI Submission Requirements, "organisations" is replaced to
"individuals/firms/organizations".
7) Page 2, point 5. EOI Assessment, Selection Criteria #1, "firms/organisation" is replaced to
"individuals/firms/organizations".
8) Page 3, point 6. Eligibility, the following line is to be inserted "must have permit to work
in Indonesia (if individuals)."
9) Page 6, point 10. KOMPAK's Panel Approach, Panel Operation, bullet point #4, the
following line is to be inserted “or until 30 June 2022” following “…for a period of 24
months”
10) Page 6, point 10. KOMPAK's Panel Approach, Panel Operation, bullet point #4,
"organizations" is replaced to "individuals/firms/organizations".
11) Page 7, Schedule A: EOI Submission Form, “(Insert Full Company Name)” is replaced to
“(Insert Company/Individual Name)”.
12) Page 7, Schedule A: EOI Submission Form, “(Insert Company Address)” is replaced to
“(Insert Company/Individual Address)”.
13) Page 7, Schedule A: EOI Submission Form, “(Insert Company Phone No.)” is replaced to
