THE DEVELOPMENT IMPLEMENTATION AT BOTUBILOTAHU VILLAGE,
MARISA SUBDISTRICT, POHUWATO DISTRICT

This study aims to find out the community participation in the development
implementation at Botubilotahu Village, Marisa Subdistrict, Pohuwato District and
to investigate the participation determination factors in the development
implementation at Botubilotahu Village, Marisa Subdistrict, Pohuwato Subdistrict.
The method used in this study is the quantitative approach with descriptive analysis.
The population in this study consists of the village head, village secretary, village
officials, Village Consultative Agency, and community leaders at Botubilotahu
Village, Marisa Subdistrict, Pohuwato District. The sampling technique used is
dedicated sampling which is expected that the selected informants and respondents
represent the population. The data are analyzed qualitatively using a frequency table
in accord with the number of variables used as indicators in this study. The results of
the study indicate that the community participations are in the form of ideas or
thoughts, with the intensity of the respondent's response "often" namely 19 (54.28%),
community involvement in the form of energy, the respondent's response "often",
namely 19 (54.28%), participation in the form of finance or material, with the
intensity of the respondents' answers "rarely" which is 23 (65.71%), participation in
the form of evaluation of development results, the respondent's answer is "never",
namely 18 (51.42%). The factors that influence the participation in the development
implementation at Botubilotahu Village, Marisa Subdistrict are supporting factors,
namely awareness of community involvement, level of community education, guiding
factors for village government, and providing opportunities and opportunities for the
community, while the inhibiting factors are the available facilities or equipment and
the community's income.

KECAMATAN MARISA KABUPATEN POHUWATO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan

pembangunan di Desa Botubilotahu Kecamatan Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato dan
faktor-faktor apa saja yang menentukan terlaksananya partisipasi pembangunan di
Desa Botubilotahu Kecamatan Marisa Kecamatan Pohuwato. Kabupaten. Metode
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala desa, sekretaris desa, perangkat desa,
BPD, dan tokoh masyarakat di Desa Botubilotahu Kecamatan Marisa Kabupaten
Pohuwato. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah
“dedicated sampling” dengan harapan informan dan responden yang dipilih akan
mewakili populasi. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan tabel
frekuensi sesuai dengan jumlah variabel yang digunakan sebagai indikator dalam
penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam
bentuk ide atau pemikiran, dengan intensitas respon responden “sering” yaitu 19
(54,28%), keterlibatan masyarakat dalam bentuk energi, respon responden “sering”.

jawaban responden “jarang” yaitu 23 (65,71%), partisipasi dalam bentuk evaluasi
hasil pembangunan, jawaban responden adalah "tidak pernah". yaitu 18 (51,42%).
Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi dalam pelaksanaan
pembangunan di Desa Botubilotahu Kecamatan Marisa adalah: Faktor pendukung
yaitu kesadaran akan keterlibatan masyarakat, tingkat pendidikan masyarakat, faktor
penuntun bagi pemerintahan desa dan pemberian kesempatan serta peluang bagi
masyarakat. dan faktor penghambat yaitu fasilitas atau peralatan yang tersedia dan
faktor pendapatan masyarakat.
