Terms and Conditions for using e-Product internet Service:

1. No liability shall be assumed on the part of the Society, any of its officers, employees or any other persons
associated with ClassNK for any loss or damage that may be sustained as a result of using the NK-SHIPS service.
2. Use of e-Product data for sales purposes is strictly prohibited.
3. Please ensure that your ID and password are not released to any unauthorized persons. Neither the Society nor any
of its officers, employees shall be liable for any loss, damage or expense of whatever nature sustained by the user
or any other persons resulting from any unauthorized access to the e-Product Web site or by other such events
beyond our control.
4. If the registration contents has been changed or will be changed, please advise the nearest branch office of the Society
as soon as possible.
5. Searching of survey status is limited to the ships owned/managed by the registered user.
