The Possibilities of Traveling Through Time

The use of time traveling may be in effect and we wouldn’t even know it. There’s many

physicists and mathematicians around the world trying to learn how to travel through time. If you

were to choose to either travel to the past or future, which would it be? The existence of time

travel and our concept of how time works. To have a better understanding of time by learning

what “Nature of Time” and “Relativity of Time” is. Once having an understanding of these two

major factors of how time flows. Traveling through time and space may not actually just be a

fictional idea.

The existence of time traveling is possible. This has many physicists and mathematicians

constantly at work trying to get and calculate the fascinating waves of time. Many physicists

stated that if we have traveled back in time, it would create a time paradox. This is a change in

time of what was the original but will revert to its original state. This happening means that there

could have already been multiple time travelers, but couldn’t change the outcome of major

events. The mathematicians have already calculated and recorded the numbers and frequencies

of the wavelengths of time. Multiple mathematicians have attempted to calculate the frequencies

and they received the same answer. This outcome makes the existence of time traveling true.

Based on the way we see and count time, it may be different from another. Albert

Einstein had stated “the rate at which time passes depends on your frame of reference”. The

meaning behind this statement is that when you try to count time, you can either be counting a

bit faster or slower than someone else. Physicists also state that the Nature of Time is “time that

has been associated with the passing seasons and cycles of celestial objects”. An example of this

is like the usage of a clock, depending on the relative motion and the gravitational strength can

confuse the time on the clock. The Nature of Time has been proven by physicists on how gravity

and motion can change how time flows. Relative Time was developed by Albert Einstein about

the frame by frame of time. The Nature of Time theory was based off of Einstein’s Theory of

Relative Time Theory.

The possibility of traveling to the future isn’t as complicated as it seems. It’s quite

possible to travel through time into the future. We’re moving at a speed of one second per

second. This means that we’re traveling through time but not exactly what we thought time

traveling would be. Based on Einstein’s Theory of Relative Time, we’re able to trade in the

motion of space for motion of time. The way to make a major impact on time when trying to go

to the future, we’ll have to move at the speed of light. Moving at that speed will allow one to

travel through time into the future. Depending on how long we choose to move at the speed of

light at a constant speed, will determine how far we’ll go into the future. There’s living evidence

that the effect of “motion of space to motion of time”comes from a pair of twins that both

decided to become astronauts. One of the twins, Scott Kelly, was sent into orbit for 520 days,

while his brother, Mark Kelly, was sent into space for 54 days. The effect that was caused to the

twins was their age gap, it has increased by 0.05 milliseconds. This living proof shows that the

state “motion of space to motion of time” is true and can be accounted for.

The only problem with time traveling is trying to go to the past. There wasn’t much

evidence and theories on going back in time. The only theories we have of traveling back in time

was the use of Einstein’s calculations and theories. Using these, physicists suggest that it’s a

small possibility to go back in time. Though when going back, it wouldn’t cause a big impact,

the reason being is because it would either change your whole reasoning of returning to the past,

or it’ll create a paradox, anything that has changed will revert to its original form or outcome.

Some physicists also say that traveling through time may be going into a parallel universe with

the same outcome instead of changing the past. An experiment that many physicists took part in

was called “Wheeler’s Delayed-Choice”. This experiment was to show that present day actions

can affect the past. Wheeler’s Delayed-Choice experiment uses a device called “Wave-Particle

Duality of Light and Matter”. This device measures the particles of light and matter as a form of

a wavelength. The measurements of the wavelengths can help and allow mathematicians to

calculate the frequency of time.

To conclude the objective of Time Traveling, through an immense amount of research

and the many calculations from physicists and mathematicians has shown all the possibilities of

traveling through time. In my opinion, the existence of time travel is possible and is true, with

the evidence that has been collected. Through many experiments, theories and actual living proof

of time traveling had been shown, meaning that it’s possible to travel through time. Through the

help of numerous physicists and mathematicians with their experiments and calculations, it has

shown the existence and possibility of time travel. With the help of these two theories of “Nature

of Time” and “Relative Time”, allowed for our physicists to conduct their many experiments, in

allowing mathematicians to help calculate time. The help of both physics and mathematics,

we’re able to make out a solid structure of how we’ll be able to go into both the past and future.

With all of this traveling through time and space may not actually just be a fictional idea, but a

soon or already existing reality. As the notorious theoretical physicist Albert Einstein stated,

“Time is a river, it speeds up, meanders, and slows down. So if the river of time can be bent into

a pretzel, create whirlpools and forks into two rivers ten time travel cannot be ruled out.:”
