Directors Head of Reforms Unit All State/FCT Coordinators All Staff CIRCULAR 2020 BATCH 'B' STREAM Il ORIENTATION COURSE: Sequel to discussion with Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), the Director-General has approved the conduct of the 2020 Batch ‘B' Stream II Orientation Course in all the States/FCT as follows: Commencement: Tuesday 19 January, 2021 Registration: Tuesday 19" to Friday 22"4 January, 2021 Cut - Off Date: Midnight Friday 22"4 January, 2021 Swearing-In: Monday 25" January, 2021 Return of 2020 Batch ‘A’ to Camp: Friday 29» January, 2021 Closing: Monday 8" February, 2021 2. In view of the above, all State/FCT Coordinators are requested to carry out thorough decontamination of the camps and also strengthen other preparations to énsure the camps’ readiness five (5) days before the commencement date.3. For the purpose of emphasis, all COVID-19 Safety Protocols as observed in the last two orientation exercises are to be sustained and even monitored more closely for strict compliance. 4. State/FCT Coordinators are equally requested to liaise with all the relevant stakeholders in the States for deployment of their personnel for the exercise 5.
