I discovered that the batteries were dead and I don’t have any charger for the
phone so I had to buy a new set of batteries using my own money. While
waiting for my client I look for games but I discovered pictures of men and
women that were clearly not of a business nature. I was shocked and decided
to sue the business for sexual harassment.

• The company should never authorize the use of private assets in the
conduct of its businesses. Before any equipment is assigned to any
employee, there should be adequate training. The employee should
receive instructions on the usage of the equipment and have
an opportunity to test the working condition and usability of
the equipment.
