Hello there, Im Justin Apelo and This is me and my brief but fruitful holiday.

This serve as my activity on audio-visual aids topic of GEC-5 or

Purposive Communication
(9seconds)
I just started my holiday break mostly at first resting, since after all
those tasks I appreciate silence on my devices, no notifications on what
to do and what to attend.
(16 sec)
I watched TV most of the times and I genuinely enjoyed that the most too.
(32sec)
I also do some meditations though this video clip recreation is not accurate,
usually I lie in bed and listen to music but its aesthetically
pleasing this way.
(48 sec)
I spent some of my time to do some workouts to feel productive,
Here I doing some ATG split squats, it employs healthy lower body flexions, a good
exercise for long term and avoiding patellar tendonitis that causes knee pain, that
why I liket it!
(1:20)
Here I followed it up some bicep curls, one of the famous exercises that
follows the pulling motion.
(1:42)
So in order to decrease my chance of going out for my cardio, where I usually walk
and listen to podcasts, my alternative is to devolve my self into once I was, a
toddler, crawling is a great way to keep your body moving and is incredibly taxing
for oxygen, really.
(1:52)
I spent my time with my family and relatives in a beach, its relaxing and spent my
time laying on the shore.
(2:12)
Before the actual New Year's eve we took a quick visit on my Grandparents & other
relatives (Father's side), my tita sponsored that trending money game.
(2:40)
Back into our compound, we celebrated the New Year's eve together with our
relatives.
Though, I, enjoyed sleeping much sooner. No one can beat resting on a cold new
year's breeze.
(2:50)
On January 2, I celebrated my birthday together with some friends, classmates
and relatives.
Here are some foods I like.
And I also played the basketball.
We lasted at the resort until early night then took off.
(3:53)
Lastly, I genuinely enjoyed spending my time with people but nothing really beats
an alone time with silence whilst the morning breeze from the window enters and
the light rays of the morning star gaze unto you face.
