ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS (1st Quarter)

1. The SSG President discussed the Quarterly Accomplishment Report of the SUPREME STUDENT
GOVERNMENT Officers. Mr. President Vince E. Dabbay given us the end date for passing each
reports which is on August 5, 2019.
 INCOMING INDUCTION AND ACQUAINTANCE PARTY
2. The SSG President discussed about the Re-Scheduled Induction Acquiantance Party from July 19,
2019 to August 2, 2019. Mrs. Nieva Ilustrisimo, SSG Adviser required all the Grade levels to be part
of the program and prepare their special numbers. Mr. President assigned all SSG Officers to collect
the List of Officers (Oaths) in every functioning Clubs and Organizations, also to Classroom Officers.
Here are the following assigned Officers:
 John Christian L. Uapal: The Bean Village
 Keztrel Sheen C. Estiler: Dance Troupe & Choir of Gamnhs
 Rob James T. Villocillo: Drum and Lyre & SamaFil
 Norly Adion: English Club & Science Club
 John Laurence Cadlaon: Math Club
 Mark Jerick Maceda: Lagway Agunan
 Grade Levels Representatives

And Chaipersons: CLASSROOM Officers

The meeting was adjourned at 4:00 p.m with a closing prayer led by Jhan Bacod, SSG Grade-12
Representative.
