Pligibility criteria and other details are provided below: 1. Post: IPR Chair professor 2. Qualification: i ‘An academic/scholar of outstanding track record in IPR ii Retired Officials of IP Offices under the Controller of General Patents, Designs & Trade Marks (CGPDTM) having experience of 5 years of working at Grade Pay of INR 6,600/- or above (as Controller of patent & Design or registrar of Trademark & Geographical Indicators or Registrar of Copyrights) iii, ‘An outstanding professional with established reputation in the field of IPR, who has made significant contributions to knowledge in the field (to be substantiated by credentials) 3. Age: Up to 70 years 4. Emoluments: Consolidated INR | Lakh per month 5. Period of Appointment: Initially for a period of one year (the term would be renewable every year with a maximum term of 5 years) Applicants who are employed must provide ‘No Objection Certificate’ and ‘Vigilance Clearance Certificate’ from their employers.
