Day 1 - All About My Experience

Introduction:
To be human is to be man or a woman. The two complement each other. God
gave man and woman an equal personal dignity. The difference of sexes should be
given due importance and should never be used to control and dominate one party by
the other.

Activity 1
The sexual differences between man and woman is a constitutive part of human
nature. Human nature can be best understood by focusing on the origin of human life
and how God created human as male and female for a special purpose.
If God created two genders from the very start- male and female, why is it that
there are other genders existing in our society today like the LGBT or the lesbian,
gay, bisexual, and transgender?

A. In your own opinion and knowledge, what are the differences of this group
(LGBT) to the original genders: male and female?

1. Lesbian
Lesbian are the females who are attracted to both sexes male and
female.

2. Gay
Gay are those people who are attracted to their same sex. Like the LGBTQ
community.

3. Bisexual
Sexually attracted not exclusively to people of one particular gender;
attracted to both men and women.

4. Transgender
Transgender are those people who get a surgery to change their private
part. So that they could get what they want.

B. How do you treat others based on the gender preferences you adopted or
opted?

You have to be sincere when you are making friends with the opposite gender, appreciate
and respect them, feel free to show your concern, pay attention to other's reaction and
beliefs, be considerate and supportive.
