Terms and conditions:

 Lighting and safe access to be provided adjacent to the test area.
 Work permits for all personnel
 Training and induction for all personnel
 Security Passes/Permits for all personnel and equipment
 Scaffolding for safe access to all areas
 Sufficient lighting
 Inspection shall be thoroughly cleaned and free from paint and scale.
 All insulation around inspection area is removed.
