How to Reset Password by SADP (XML file and QRcode )

1. Download SADP in Hikvision website

1) Install on your PC and connect to the device by Network Cable

2) Select a device and press forget password

2. Export secret files and sent to technique engineer
1) Export xml files to your computer and sent to technique engineer
 2) You can also use the method of saving the QRcode, you can directly send the QRcode to the
technical engineers

(support QR code in xml/zip/rar/jpg/bmp/png)

3) When you get key file from technical engineer, import the file and input new password, then you
can reset your password.

Note: There maybe notification errors for some reasons. However, reboot the device and restart the computer can
solve most of problems
