Assessment Activity

GOALS- The learners must be able to create a photo collage of tools and
equipment that can be found at home and specify their uses.
ROLE- The learner plays a role of Layout Artist.
AUDIENCE- The target audience are member of the family, teachers, and
classmates.
SITUATION- The learners must be able to identify the different tools and
equipment that can be found at home and able to specify its functions or uses.
PRODUCT- The learners will be able to present/submit a photo collage.
1. The Photo Collage will focus on the tools, equipment, and their
uses.
2. In creating photo collage you may use the following: pictures,
PowerPoint or MS office, Adobe Spark, PowToon, Canva, Wakelet, Padlet, or any online
open-source or free application software (just choose any apps).

STANDARD - The final output shall be graded using the attached rubric.

Instructions: The output can be digitized (softcopy) or printed using bond paper (any
size).
