Highlights of the lesson:

Learning about an Astronomer - An astronomer is a scientist who studies the stars, planets,
and other natural objects in space.
An astronomer is a scientist in the field of astronomy who focuses their studies on a specific
question or field outside the scope of Earth. They observe astronomical objects such as stars,
planets, moons, comets and galaxies – in either observational (by analyzing the data) or
theoretical astronomy.
Travelling to Space- The temperature extremes of space require a system that either has robust
temperature control or can safely operate within that range. The fact that heat cannot dissipate in a
vacuum makes thermal design for space systems particularly challenging compared to Earth,
where engineers can use air to move heat.
Designing of Space suit:
A space suit or spacesuit is a garment worn to keep a human alive in the harsh environment of
outer space, vacuum and temperature extremes. Space suits are often worn inside spacecraft as a
safety precaution in case of loss of cabin pressure, and are necessary for extravehicular activity
(EVA), work done outside spacecraft.
