ACTIVIDAD ENTREGABLE 2– HEALTH PROBLEMS
There are two activities of 20 points each. The grade will be the average of both
activities.
A. Write a paragraph about health problems. Give advice about health remedies. (60
words approximately) (20 points)
 Cancer
 Diabetes
 Heart health
 HIV infection
 Obesity
-If you are obese or overweight and have risk factors for heart disease (such as
high blood pressure or high cholesterol), try to lose weight. You can do this by
eating fewer calories and doing more physical activity.
-If you are already at a healthy weight or if you are overweight but have no risk
factors for heart disease, continue to be physically active regularly and eat the
correct amount of calories to maintain the same weight.
-If you think you are underweight, talk to your doctor or nurse about how to gain
weight in a healthy way.
B. Make a short video-presentation about health problems. Give advice about health
remedies and upload it to Blackboard, name it using this format:
