    Story And Characters


    Bill Hodges and Holly Gibney run the private
    investigation known as "Finders Keepers". After
    being diagnosed with severe pancreatic cancer and
    only months left to live, he is drawn towards a chain
    of murders which all lead back to an old video game
    console and Brady Hartsfield: '"It's pancreatic cancer,
    and I'm afraid we caught it rather...well... late in the
    game. Your liver is involved" (King).

    Story and Characters


    Brady Hartsfield a suicide enthusiast, now
    hospitalized after being left in a vegetative state after
    having his plans of blowing up a concert thwarted by
    Bill and Holly. After waking up and his head injury, he
    gains new abilities, including a little telekinesis and
    the power to enter the bodies of certain people who
    are experiencing small seizures and other problems.
    Through an old video game console called Zappit,
    Brady uses a person known as Library Al to hand out
    these consoles to cause people small seizures through
    a game called "Fishin' Hole" with the allure of small
    prizes. He uses his mind control to encourage said
    person to suicide: "You Could Leave All This Behind"
    (King).

    Setting
    The setting of "End Of Watch" which is the final
    instalment of the Bill Hodges series and is also located
    in Lakes Region. Most events happen around Brady
    who is located at Room 207 in the Lakes Region
    Traumatic Brain Injury Clinic.
