What I do to take care of myself?

First, I would try my best to clear my head and calm down so I can make
better decisions. Next, if I am calm enough, I will find a way to regroup with my
family so I can offer them help and so we can think of what we can do together.
I would suggest we evacuate to a safe place, ensuring we have everything we could
possibly need and use. Once everything is calmer, I will initiate talking about what
happened and try to let it all out.

What does my team (family, classmates, or friends) do to take care of each other?
I think we would be doing the same thing by assuring each others safety.
Looking for each other and moving together. Finding means to contact relatives and
others for help.
