All of you have resigned from the society without showing any reason nor you have handed

over Cash Book, Bank Passbook & Cheque book & nos. of FDR and all other documents to

me (Ex-Chairman) which are required to run the co-operative.

Primarily, give us clear view regarding the pending court cases which are still under sub-

judice, whether the matters are against any co-operative society portfolio holders or

individual. Accordingly, we have to act as per law.

Secondly, you are implying that there is a court case / police case which is running against

the Ma Karunamoyee (Ph-II) Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. for breaking the lock of F-

32/4 and occupy the flat which is not correct as there was no consent from the majority no of

members of the society to break the lock of F-32/4 and occupy the flat which was done by

Mr. Roy himself. You should refrain from the concept and admit the sub-judice court case is

not against the the Ma Karunamoyee (Ph-II) Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., which is

actually running against Mr. Dilip Kumar Roy.

Further, the office bearers raised the question that why Mr. Dilip Kumar Roy spent Rs.

1,00,000/- / Rs.1,50,000/- for the court case / e-Auction which is not in the account of the co-

operative housing society.

The fund of the society is the fund of 112 members which should not be spent by you with

the consent of only few members.

Further you spent the money at your own will with your 2 or 3 nos. of followers hence you

should compensate the co-operative society for the amount which you had spent.

So, you are once again requested to hand over the audited accounts as soon as possible

along with FDR, Cheque Book, Passbook and all records and documents related to co-

operative society.

Your reply and account and all records and documents related to co-operative society

should be handed over to me within 7 days, failing which the law will make its own course.
