Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m writing to complain about something that happened during my stay at your hotel. I kindly asked the
reception of your hotel to give me a wake-up call at 6 a.m. the next day as I had booked a flight for that
morning. However, the reception called me at 7 a.m. when it was already too late to catch my flight.
Clearly, they had forgotten to give me the wake-up call.

I was extremely upset about this, especially because I had to pay for another flight and a fee for missing
the previous plane.

I am therefore requesting compensation for the new plane ticket I had to buy and the fee I had to pay. I
also suggest that you investigate the matter to make sure that this does not happen to other clients in
the future.
