EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Brief Description of the Project

Living in a stage where generation of numerous ideas,

concepts and inclination continue to arise, increasing number of
business organizations come up to an idea of providing consumer’s
needs and desired products with delivery service. The owner of
this business come up with an idea of inaugurating “Cross Over”
due to the necessity of one of the primary needs and the
advancement of delivery service given its high demand in the
market. The concept of the business name was most likely inspired
by transportation more specifically from the term “overpass”
since its major edge from others is the existence of delivery
service. As mentioned above, the owner decides to put up a food
business in accompany with delivery servicethat offerswell-liked
and distinctive yet affordable products for they are willing to
cross over everything just to satisfy every needs and wants.Cross
Over’s purpose of establishing the said kind of business is to
add convenience to the lives of people who likes fast food and to
those who are too busy to go and get it.With this, the business
is expected to aidevery consumer especially the new generation
with a completely divergent and driven style of catering food.
Their main markets are thestudents at Good Samaritan Colleges as
well as the staffs, employees and other people within the
vicinity of the school.Upon knowing the fact that food delivery
market is indeed changing at an accelerated pace, the firm
figures out that this kind of business will have a significant
impact for the consumers, given that they are living in a century
where easy access is rampant. Cross Over is committed to provide
quality food at their customers’ door step. They strive to
provide quality services on time, based on best practices for the
satisfaction of the customer. As a matter of fact, their main
goal is to generate income by providing good and efficient
services, create job opportunitiesfor the employees, and to help
the community by paying corresponding taxes to the government.

In addition, the owner develops “We cross the belt of savor”

as its business tagline,as she believes that Cross Over will meet
and further exceed the taste of how it feels to be served
completely in a food business with delivery service. She claims
that the company will secure the ideal savorof the food that a
consumer is rooting for. In consideration with the appearance and
its smell, the said business will also transcend those attributes
as it is undeniably a contributing factor for a consumer in
choosing where to eat and what dish to eat. Besides, the owner
does believes that at times consumers are patronizing a company
not because of the product itself but the experience that a
consumer had, which is incomparable to any amount or tangible
materials. Accordingly, they will also put emphasis on the
consumers’ involvement with the service as they come and purchase
there. In terms of expectation towards the food, service,
experience, employees and company, the owner makes sure that
those assumptions will be overreached and satisfaction will go
beyond.

Cross Over aims to become one of the most preferred and

reliable food business with delivery service within their
community. The company’s flagship is its amiable atmosphere, the
products, and the service offered by the businessitself. On the
other hand, the edge of this business from others is the menu,
the cook, the environment, the delivery man, the service and
their engaging place. They will have a well-liked and distinctive
menu and the food will be made with the freshest ingredients. The
cook has an excellent taste for what the customer wants which
will satisfy their needs and desire.Along with the meat-based
foods, it will be offered at an affordable and competitive price
but on a taste or quality that is at par to its competitors.
Regarding the environment of the firm, you can feel that it is
fast-paced, engaging and collaborative and in terms of the
physical appearance of the store it is captivating and chilling.
Appreciable service is very important according to the owner of
this company. Therefore, the management and servers will handle
every detail to make sure that the customers feel that they are
special and they will have a remarkable experience that they
deserve. All of this including the great atmospherewill be
helpful for gaining the trust, reliability and loyalty of the
consumers as the business gives assurance to the customers that
they will serve as a bridge or an overpass for their chosen foods
