- Established rapport to gain trust.
- Checked Vital signs
- Placed patient in a comfortable
position to promote oxygen
circulation.
- Cleaned the wound on the bite
site.
- Administered Prophylaxis for
rabies as prescribed like PEP and
HRIG.
- Advised patient to eat healthy
foods like fruits and vegetables.
- Followed-up patient to take
medications as prescribed (Pain
medication, Amoxciclav)

RESPONSE:
- Patient verbalized that he feels
better, and the pain has subsided
