GROUP V2

ANOVA
First, we'll look at the ANOVA table. We'll look at the significance value, which is 0.00,
which implies it's significant and the null hypothesis may be rejected.
Because the model is significant, we'll go ahead and interpret the data, implying that some of
the independent factors influence the dependent variables.

Relationship Strength – Model Summary

Now we'll look at the R square value in the Model summary table. We can notice that
adjusted R square=0.822 when we verify the value.
This suggests that all independent factors collectively account for 82.2% of the variation in
the dependent variable. There should be no discrepancy between R square and adjusted R
square values of greater than 0.05.

Table of coefficients (equation)

The unstandardized beta coefficients from the coefficients table are used to create the
equation. (PrePvtoverGovt) = -0.370 + 0.231*MtnRecorrds + 0.485*Capstructr –
0.237*Bank-foreign + 0.621*ApproFS + 0.296*NPAPrfrmnc -1.428*sex (dummy variable)

X’s affect on ‘y’ - Coefficient table

To see how the x's effect the y, we look at the significance column. If the significance value
is less than 0.05, it indicates that the 'x' influences the 'y'. We can see from the coefficient
table that 'MtnRecords' and 'Bank-Foreign' are both bigger than 0.05, indicating that they
have no effect on the 'y'.

Ranking the affect

By comparing the absolute value of the standardised beta coefficients to the influence they
have on the dependent variable, we may rank the variables according to their impact on the
dependent variable. The higher the value, the greater the effect. The ones that aren't
significant have no bearing on the dependent variable.
1. ApproFs (0.532)
2. CapStructr (0.430)
3. Sex (0.371)
4. NPAprfrmnc (0.283)
Multicollinearity assumption is being checked.
In the coefficient table, we'll look for a VIF number that's less than ten (ideally below4).
There is no multicollinearity concern because all VIF values are within ten.

Male is not in the basic category (0), but female is (1).

Pref-Pvt-over-Govt of'male' category HNI customers is less by 1.428 compared to 'female'
category HNI customers when all other factors are held constant.
