for Blue Cross Blue Shield telephone customer support services. New trainees wo

hospital activities. Created custom job aides and training materials for instru

rity suppliers went Chapter 11, worked with existing supplier and manufacturer t
o migrate allocations of 300 units monthly to new supply chain and meet current
internal customer requirements with out interruption of existing schedules.

Managed the operations of the training and development organization for North Am
