We are grateful to the Almighty God for the protection and Providence through these uncertain times. We also extend our appreciation to the parents for the support you have rendered to our students during the long lockdown. Following the pronouncement by the Ministry of Education and Sports on the reopening of schools in January 2022, we wish to inform you of the following as we prepare to receive the students for term one 2022; i. Reporting dates. CLASS | REPORTING DATE [TIME $.4/S.6_| Saturday 8*/Jan./2022 $.2/S.3_| Sunday 9"/Jan./2022 Sa Saturday 15"/Jan./2022 _ | Bam 4pm $5 Sunday 16"/Jan./2022 | Bam — 4pm ji, Students who were in S.1, 5.2, S.3 and S.5 prior to the lockdown have been promoted to the next classes, Management has designed a comprehensive program to compensate for the lost time. We are confident that our children will be thoroughly prepared to face the challenges ahead. iii. Students are expected to report to school in full school uniform, with at least four (4) clearly labeled re-usable masks. iv. The school fees structure has remained unchanged, please use the student's School Pay Code provided earlier to pay the school fees for this term. v. All students must undergo medical checkup before reporting to school, evidence of which must be submitted to the school nurse upon arrival. Parents are encouraged to take their children for a COVID-19 PCR test at least 72 hours before reporting back to school. vi. Please avail your child with all the necessary requirements, for there will be no visitation during the course of the term. Neither will visitors be allowed in school during the term. vii. Students are expected to be escorted by not more than two Parents/ Guardians in order to observe the Standard Operating Procedures.
