The Purpose of man

1. The first objective of man should be to know God, the supreme being of the universe and
his son, Jesus Christ.

2. Th second objective of man should be to know nature and the laws they are regulated by,
which makes us conscious of, and teaches us to recognise, the perfection, the greatness,
and unfathomable wisdom of an all-wise CREATOR, whose works and actions become daily
more manifest in their illimitable impressions, the sublimity and greatness of which the
human mind is not capable of conceiving.

3. The third objective of man should be to study the lives of great men who have walked on
earth.
