CYBER SECURITY – INFORMATION OF DESIGNATED OFFICER

DPs are advised to refer to the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/CIR/PB/2018/147 dated December
03,2018 which prescribes the framework for cyber security & cyber resilience for Stockbrokers /
Depository Participants. Clause 6, Annexure-1 of the said circular requires all Depository
Participants to designate a senior official or management personnel as Designated officer for the
purpose of enforcing the said circular.

In this regard, you are requested to provide the below information of the Designated Officer:
