Brief description of the project:

Enterprise Asset Management/Computerized Maintenance Management System (EAM/CMMS),
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems have
difficulty maintaining the data integrity of master file due to varying standards and processes at the
point of manual data entry.
Data Quality Manager is an iGATE developed tool used for maintaining the data integrity through a
set of processes and principles by enforcing the company’s rules of how the parts are described
through workflow and configuration setups. DQM enforces categorization, normalization and
standardization rules at the point of data entry. It also provides advanced matching features that
minimize redundant data and improve the overall integrity of your master file data.
