Risk score would be based on-

1) If someone choose option b in all 3 scenarios, then we will give them a score of 6/6
2) If someone choose option a in all 3 scenarios then we will give them a score of 1/6
3) If someone choose indifferent in 1st and b in second and a in third then we will give them a
3/6 rating.

4) If someone choose option b in 1st and 2nd and option a in 3rd then we will give them a ⅚
rating.

5) If someone choose option b in 2nd and option a in other two then we will give them a 4/6
rating

6) If someone choose option indifferent in 1st and option a in 2nd and 3rd then we will give
them 2/6 rating
