Different kinds of points
- Point of Information - Point of Parliamentary Inquiry - Point of Personal Privilege - Point of Order 1. Cannot be asked during a speech (unless point of personal privilege) 2. No points of information in a moderated caucus 3. Points of information can only be asked in a GSL if time is yielded to the floor or points -------- Resolution - Signatory vs. Sponsor - Sponsor has actively written the resolution (2-5) - Signatory is okay with the gist of the resolution. Wants to see this put forward. No limit. - Clauses - Preambulatory Clauses - Operative Clauses - Italicize the first word of each clause - Amendments - First degree vs. Second degree
