Note: Final Requirement is the compilation of all activities created. Provide a table of contents and an
insight of the ICT course at the end of your compilation. The printout shall be in a short size bond paper
and place in a short clear book. Deadline for the submission of portfolio is two weeks after the final
examination week. Please attach photocopy of your permit in your portfolio. Failure to submit shall be
given an incomplete (INC) grade.

Requirements for attendance: minimum of 5.
