ONLINE CONSULTATIVE MEETING WITH SDO ACCOUNTANTS

ON CY 2019 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL AUDIT REPORT (CAAR)

TO: Schools Division Superintendents

1. In relation to the issued Memorandum No. OUF-2020-0604 dated November

5, 2020 from the Department of Education Central Office, an online consultative
meeting with SDO Accountants via Google Meet shall be conducted on November 16,
2020 at 1:00 pm.

2. Topics to be discussed are the following:

a) Updating of CY 2019 CAAR as of October 31,2020; and
b) Other financial matters.

3. The meeting link shall be sent through the Finance group chat one day before
the scheduled meeting. All concerned personnel are advised to be online 15 minutes
before the indicated time for a brief orientation on teleconferencing protocols.
