We have seen people smoke cigarettes just about anywhere he could be a neighbor, a friend or even a

family members. These are the adverse effects of smoking on the body's different part, still we continue
to see other to smoke and there goes the stealth inviting that cigarette smoking might be a cool thing
but of it's not. Back when I was in high school I do trying smoke cigarettes but it not that long term it's
like about a 2-5 days because maybe the reason is experiment & my friend says to me that I can try. But
in the end of the day I quit and stop smoking and I've realized that its just wasting of time and money.

According to Department of Health Research, smoking kills up to half of all lifetime smokers. Smoking
can cause long term health consequences. Cigarette nicotine is difficult to overcome because it alters
the brain. That may experience anxiety, irritability and severe nicotine cravings. Nicotine and other
chemicals from the cigarettes simultaneously cause constriction of blood vessels and damage their
delicate endothelial lining, restricting blood flow. By smoking makes your blood thick and sticky. More
likely to form blood clots this damage can increase your risk for a heart attack or stroke. Smoking raises
your blood pressure and puts stress on your heart. From inhaled cigarette smoke also contributes to a
lack of oxygen, making the heart work even harder. This increases the risk of heart disease including
heart attacks. Smokers lung experience inflammation in the small airways and tissues of your lungs.
Years of lung irritation can give you a chronic cough with mucus.

Eats where cochlea found, receives less oxygen as a result of smoking. The cochlea may be permanently
damaged. Resulting in mild to moderate hearing loss. Smoking smoking raises your chances of getting
cataract and macular degeneration. It can cause the skins to become dry and brittle resulting in the
wrinkles and stretch marks. Smokers have more oral health problems than non-smoker.

I promise to myself and to my family about not smoking cigarettes to have a healthy lifestyle and healthy
family life.
