Cultivating the changes Adopting an ISO 9000 management system can be one of the largest projects ever attempted by any organisation as it invariably impacts ‘every business function, We must have a process for controlling the changeover to the new approach. ‘Teamwork Although not the only approach to implementation, teamwork has some significant benefits both to the project and to the future performance of the organisation. In this section we examine the mechanics of using a teamwork approach in an ISO 9000 project. Project management ‘The change to an ISO 9000 environment will require planning, co- ordination and implementation control.
