Iread the RFB's (Receita Federal do Brasil) report and on itis said that on the package there wasn't all the required data from the sender and for customs tax (CN22/23). Plus to that, they explained that, to not have any other packages returned for the sender, all information (inclusive of the sender) must be on the english, spanish or portuguese languages. As sad as | am right now, i'd like to know what'll be the next steps, will you send the package again? Can you do what RFB asked? With this in mind, we concluded that itis not a special rule that you should keep in mind when shipping to Brazil. With that and your last answer in this thread, | invoke my right not to have to pay for the re- shipment, as apparently there was a mistake on your part.
