Dry of Chicken

It is a typical dish of Ecuador, it is delicious and has a great flavor, in addition the dry chicken
has several ingredients:

 A chicken
 Some onions
 Rice
 Some potatoes
 Four tomatoes

All this can be accompanied with a juice or some wine of your choice.

Chicken soup

One of the best soups made in Ecuador, which is why it is considered typical dish of our region.
The chicken broth contains:

 A chicken
 Some onions
 Three carrots
 Many potatoes
 One pound of shelters
 A little bit of rice

Also, this dish can be used when you have a flu.
