Greetings!
I am Jeffrey E. Epino, a graduate student from the College of Home Economics-
University of the Philippines, Diliman. As part of my final requirement, I am currently
conducting a study about school based feeding program during the outbreak of COVID
19 pandemic. The pandemic led unprecedented challenges to education as well as in
delivering school based feeding program. This study will provide evidence and data
about intervention information for policy development. In addition, collated information
and data will help the school in monitoring, reviewing and revising existing guidelines
about the implementation of school based feeding program during COVID-19 pandemic

The objectives of the study are the following:

1. To collect information about the program to identify the strengths and limitations
in content or delivery of the school based feeding program.
2. To improve program effectiveness or plan for the future of the school based
feeding program.

The study will utilize self-administered questionnaire that will allow pre-determined
respondents to answer the questionnaire without the intervention of the researcher
collecting the data. An interview will be conducted to gain insight from the respondents
