practice CP7, Regulator should be inspected annually and replaced on a 5 years

Corrective Action ABK telah memberi marking tanggal pemasangan flashback arrestor diatas kapal.
(Tindakan Perbaikan)
Preventive Action KKM agar memastikan marking tanggal pemasangan flashback arrestor tetap
(Tindakan Pencegahan) tersedia dan melaksanakan penggantian setiap 5 tahun diatas kapal.
