Synchronization motor power adjustment

1.Power off and take off the inverter 12 terminal (Wire number is ENA) and the original wire connection of the coil of

output side contector 4KM1 and 4KM2. (Wire number is 478,119; 475,119). Use rubber insulation for protection.

2.Make the Enable (12 port) and +24V (19 port) of inverter be in short circuit. Connect 220VAC terminal (Wire number

is 111,115) of transformer with contector coil.

3.Power on to make the communication between inverter and computer normal. And then output side contector 4KM1

and 4KM2 close. Namely, making the main curcuit be powered on.

4.Setting the following parameters according to the motor name plate.

Open the menu of STARTUP/Startup config/Enter Setup Mode Br.Then set the parameters of MOTOR DADA or

Drive DATA.

5.Push the Validate button.

6.Open the menu of STARTUP/Startup config/Enter Setup Mode As. Push the complete still autotune button.

7.Self learming is beginning and may carry on about 5 minutes.

8.When the operation board of inverter display “End”, self learning end up.

9.Operate Load setup at the path of menus/Startup.

10.Save the parameters of self learning at the path of menus/Startup/SaveConfig.

A Synchronization motor current adjustment.

(1)Power off and take off the inverter 12 terminal (Wire number is ENA) , 13 terminal (Wire number is FWD), 15

terminal (Wire number is V0)and the original wire connection of the coil of output side contector 4KM1 and

4KM2. (Wire number is 303,305). Use rubber insulation for protection.

(2) Make the Enable (12 port) and +24V (19 port) of inverter be in short circuit. Connect 220VAC terminal (Wire

number is 111,115) of transformer with contector coil

(3)Connect the part of transformer 110VAC with brake coil part respectively, as picture 1 show.

(4)Power on to make the communication between inverter and computer normal. And then output side contector 4KM1

and 4KM2 close. Namely, making the main curcuit be powered on.

(5)Open the service menu of inverter, need to put in password (18622)

(6)Open the menu Service/Brushless, click Autophasing button , connect the 13 port and 15 port of inverter with

24VDC(19 port), then, traction machine begin to circumrotate slowly .the panel display the learning progress,

when the display of progress is 100％. The learning is over .

(7)Operate Load setup at the path of menus/Startup/ SaveConfig, save the parameters of learning .

(8)Register the value of SinCos/Res pos and SinCos/Res off.

(9) When the learning is end up , power off renew the connecting wire of interver and contactor.
