You are requested to visit RTO THANE SERVICE RD, NEAR SHARNAM HOTEL THANE
approximately 30 MINUTES before the scheduled time for verification of documents along
with originals of document uploaded/entered at the time of making online application.

General Instructions to the Applicant:
* In case of failure in the first attempt of the driving test, the applicant is eligible to appear for the
second appearance only after a minimum period of seven days from the date of first appearance
with retest fee and appointment.
* In case of failure in the second attempt of the driving test, the applicant is eligible to appear for
the third appearance only after a minimum period of seven days from the date of second
appearance with retest fee and appointment.
* In case the applicant does not pass even after three appearances,he/she shall not be qualified to
re-appear for such test before the expiry of sixty days from the date of last such test with retest fee
and appointment.

* Please come to office with sanitizer, mask and disposable gloves.
