This is to inform you that the Computer System Unit issued to Andres Bonifacio College
ROTC Office is no longer operational and cannot be repaired anymore.

In this regard, the undersigned would like to request from your good office a new Computer
System Unit to be used for operations inside the ROTC Office in preparation for the
incoming Regional ROTC Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection.
