Dashboard

This dashboard will be administered by the

school principal. This dashboard will contain
all the information related to school
administration and school financials.

Attendance

We are on the attendance page now and the

school principal will perform all the report
related operations on this page.

I have placed Create Report card on the left

top corner of the page keeping in mind the
priority of report creation.

The principal will click on choose file to

choose all the excel sheets he wants to
combine.

File Selection Page

As soon as he clicks on choose file, an overlay

will appear having many files. He needs to
choose the desired file combining which he
wants to generate a report.

File Uploading Page

Uploading of excel file will start after

selection and clicking the Okay button on the
previous page.

The system will also reflect the uploading

status as the percentage of a file uploaded
and the remaining time required to upload
the file.

Uploading Confirmation

A confirmation message would appear on the

card which will tell that the file uploading
process is done and the system is processing
the report in word format in the background.

Dashboard

This is the last screen on which principal

will get message of downloading or
deleting generated report.
