Action Plan for: Kyan Vang

Future Career: Navy Mechanic

● June 2022
○ Receive El Capitan Diploma

● June - July 2022

○ Go to a navy base to take the Asvab and to be
able to see if I qualify for the job I’m
searching for.

● July - August 2022

○ To head to the Great Lake Naval Training
Center, TO participate in the Navy’s Boot
Camp for 7-10 weeks

● October - December 2022

○ To have returned between these two months
and have graduated from boot camp and
become a full fledge sailor

● January 2023
○ Start to be trained in Engineering Common
Core and “A” school for 18 weeks

● May 2023
○ I would’ve finished both the Common core
and advanced schooling by this time. I
would have became a Navy mechanical
Engineer
